Paper Purse Mockup

My goal was to make a sophisticated purse with a very structured shape. I created a paper mockup in a trapezoid shape with a floral fabric handle for a printed pop. The structure of this bag suits my business chic board on Pinterest that can be found at Business Chic Board. The bag could easily be worn with this style due to its structure. 

I am going to craft a bag in a similar structured purse with bamboo handles and a satin fabric. I will attach fuzzy yarn trim between the fabric and the handles. The striping effect will be created by sewing ribbon onto the bag.

The estimated production costs are:

Fabric: .5 yard at $11.99/yd

Handles: $6.49 per handle

Ribbon: $8.00 per roll satin

burlap roll- $4.99  (ribbon for project costs $1.25)

Work Time: 4 hours at $11/hr

Total: $64.23

20% Profit: $12.85
